Stoneham is a suburban community of about 23,000 people located 13 miles north of Boston, composed primarily of business, professional and semi-professional residents. Stoneham Middle School houses grades six through eight with a current population of over 650 students, and 65 faculty members. A member of the New England League of Middle Schools, Stoneham Middle School strives to provide successful learning opportunities for early adolescents.
